We did the tour throughout the facility and was very impressed with Pete’s skill sets and his friendly demeanor as well. We tasted some product at the end and was Very impressed!! We see how Pete and his Southern distillery are winning such awards. Clearly the best distillery I have even been through. Oh yes , went home with award winning products. 👍🥃

We really enjoyed the Behind the Scenes Tour! It was interesting, informative, and gave us a great look at how everything comes together. The showroom and gift shop are well done, with a nice collection of classic cars on display that are worth checking out. My favorite part was the bar—it has a great atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax after the tour. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

We stopped in and had an incredibly fun & educational experience this afternoon. Paul was so personable and knowledgeable about whole craft brewery field and all the nuances of distilling!! He was open (& patient!) with all our questions and it made tasting the different whiskeys so much more meaningful. The icing on the cake was Noah making us a drink he invented called the Tombstone. Amazing! Come and find out for yourself!! And the Espresso Martini was incredible. Southern Star Double Shot Bourbon Cream Liquor is HAND-DOWN better than Baileys or any other cream liquors you might have tried. Exquisite and 40% less sugar than Baileys…. Thank you to the team!
