My son and I went to Southern for Cask to Cork single barrel experience. It was very well done from starting with the samples to get a taste for the 4 barrels to thieving out the bourbon of choice and finally bottling it up. I've been to a few similar experiences on the Bourbon Trail in Kentucky and Southern has produced a great experience with Cask to Cork!

I have been to the distillery twice, but just recently took the tour with 6 of my friends. What an amazing facility and it is so worth the visit. I particularly like their Double Rye. All of their offerings are very good... surprisingly good!

We had seen this distillery from I77 for years and finally took time to stop in. We scheduled a tour and had a great time. The tour was very informative and the guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. The tasting was awesome and we all walked away with a new favorite beverage! The atmosphere was very cool! Will be back!

The staff is AMAZING! Joe's old fashioneds are to die for. Stephanie has such wonderful energy. These are just to name a few but we love the atmosphere here. 10/10 would recommend a tour and grab a cocktail after, you won't regret it!!
