We have driven by this place countless times on our way down to Florida from Northern Ohio and never had time to stop. Work had me in the area for a retreat and we had the day to ourselves, so my husband and I took the afternoon to finally check out this place. It was long overdue. We were treated like VIPs. We had a couple of drinks at the bar. My husband is big into whiskey, so he sampled many of those. I had the greatest espresso martini in my life. We walked out with too many bottles to fly home with, if that is such a thing. The gentleman that helped us, I believe his name was Nathan, packaged everything with extreme care, as we informed him we were flying back to Ohio this time through and not driving. I’m happy to report that everything made it home safely! We cannot wait to go back and restock, which will be soon enough. This will definitely not be just another building we pass on I77 anymore.

We came for the general tour and Stephanie did an amazing job! She also told us about a personal casking experience and decided to book it as birthday experience as a gift and I can’t rave enough about the experience with Paul! He made it fun and educational! I’m not even a bourbon drinker but he educated me on the best process to sip bourbon and helped me explore the different taste profiles to find the right one for me. The bartenders are also creative and make some delicious varieties that even this non bourbon drinker enjoyed.

We made a 55 minute detour to stop here and it was well worth it! This is the nicest distillery we have visited outside of Kentucky! We really enjoyed their bourbon too. We had a tasting of 5 of their spirits and liked them all. We purchased 4 bottles. If you are considering a visit, go. You won't regret it.
