I really love Southern Star bourbons. I think that drink for drink, they match up against any distillery in the country. The actual distillery is also a treat to visit. We arrived early for our tour, had an excellent experience at the bar ordering cocktails, then went on a tour with two tour guides. I've been to about two dozen distilleries, but the tour here was really fantastic. We learned things about the industry that I had never heard before and that's a rare feat. I highly recommend!

We have passed this place for years and keep saying we need to stop there. I am so sorry we waited so long. We did not do a tour, as we have done the bourbon tour and did so many, but did the tasting. Paul happened to be our "guide" as we explored each bottle. Each bourbon was better than the last. We left with a case and will definitely be back.

My son and I went to Southern for Cask to Cork single barrel experience. It was very well done from starting with the samples to get a taste for the 4 barrels to thieving out the bourbon of choice and finally bottling it up. I've been to a few similar experiences on the Bourbon Trail in Kentucky and Southern has produced a great experience with Cask to Cork!

I have been to the distillery twice, but just recently took the tour with 6 of my friends. What an amazing facility and it is so worth the visit. I particularly like their Double Rye. All of their offerings are very good... surprisingly good!

We had seen this distillery from I77 for years and finally took time to stop in. We scheduled a tour and had a great time. The tour was very informative and the guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. The tasting was awesome and we all walked away with a new favorite beverage! The atmosphere was very cool!
